Administrative Order No. 2010 — 64 (Affecting Administrative Order No. 2010-33).

On March 8, 2010, by Administrative Order No. 2010-33, Charles E. Jones, former Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court (now retired) was appointed to serve as the Probable Cause Panelist to review allegations arising from the matters addressed in Administrative Order No. 2010-33.

Administrative Order No. 2010-41 appointed John Gleason as Independent Bar Counsel to investigate and, as appropriate, prosecute any other allegations of misconduct that are substantially similar or related to the allegations arising out of the matters set forth in number four (4) of the Ordering paragraph.

Now, therefore, pursuant to Article VI, Section 3, of the Arizona Constitution,

IT IS ORDERED that Probable Cause Panelist Charles E. Jones is appointed to serve as the Probable Cause Panelist in any case investigated by Independent Bar Council John Gleason per Administrative Order No. 2010-41.
