Pursuant to Rule 82, Rules of the Supreme Court, the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing members of the Judicial Ethics Advisory Committee. Now, therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Patrick Irvine is reappointed to the Judicial Ethics Advisory Committee for a term beginning on July 1, 2009 and ending on June 30, 2012.
