The Honorable Robert Brutinel, Presiding Judge, Superior Court in Yavapai County, has requested the Chief Justice appoint a judge to hear and determine all matters on the calendar of Division 6 on the afternoon of Monday June 21, 2010.
Therefore, pursuant to Article 6, Section 3 of the Arizona Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that Jerry Landau, Judge Pro Tempore of the Superior Court in Maricopa County, is assigned to serve as judge as requested above.
