Pursuant to Article VI of the Arizona Constitution, the Supreme Court exercises administrative authority over all courts of the state through the Administrative Office of the Courts.
Pursuant to the foregoing authority, the Supreme Court issued Administrative Order No. 2008-41 regarding control and oversight of the Marana Municipal Court while the court was without a presiding magistrate. Since a new presiding magistrate has assumed the position, the administrative order is no longer necessary.
Now therefore, pursuant to Article VI of the Arizona Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 2008-41 is hereby rescinded.
