REBECCA WHITE BERCH, Chief Justice.
In accordance with Administrative Order No. 2008-17, which established the Juvenile Detention Task Force, the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing members to the Juvenile Detention Task Force. Frank Owens was appointed to the Task Force by virtue of his position as Gila County Chief Probation Officer. Mr. Owens no longer holds that position. Therefore, after due consideration,
IT IS ORDERED that, by virtue of his position as Gila County Chief Probation Officer, Fernando Matiella is appointed to the Juvenile Detention Task Force to serve a term beginning upon signature of this Order and ending on June 30, 2010.
