Administrative Order No. 2008-17 was entered on February 13, 2008. The Order established the Juvenile Detention Task Force to review the Arizona Auditor General’s Performance Audit Report and submit a final report outlining the implementation of the remaining Auditor General’s audit recommendations to the Arizona Judicial Council (AJC) by June 30, 2009.
The Task Force has requested an extension of time to provide a final plan to the Arizona Judicial Council. Therefore, after due consideration,
IT IS ORDERED that the Juvenile Detention Task Force is extended through June 30, 2010, and a final report will be presented to the AJC in June 2010.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the following individuals are appointed as members of the Juvenile Detention Task Force for terms beginning upon entry of this Order and ending on June 30, 2010.
