In accordance with the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 7-201 and § 7-208, the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing members to the Board of Legal Document Preparers. By Administrative Order No. 2009-52, Mr. Les Krambeal was reappointed as a legal document preparer member of the Board for a three-year term ending June 30, 2012 and was also appointed as the chair of the Board through the expiration of his term. Mr. Krambeal wishes to complete his term as the Chief Justice’s designee member on the Board and to continue serving as the Board chair. Therefore, after due consideration,

IT IS ORDERED that the following individuals are appointed as members of the Board of Legal Document Preparers for terms effective July 1, 2011 and ending as set out below:
