In accordance with the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 1-108.J.1, the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing members of the Judicial College of Arizona. Now, therefore, pursuant to Article VI, Section 3, of the Arizona Constitution,

IT IS ORDERED that the following individuals are appointed as members of the Judicial College of Arizona for terms beginning upon entry of this Order and ending December 31, 2012:

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Honorable Eddward Ballinger, Jr. is appointed as Dean of the Judicial College of Arizona for a term beginning upon entry of this Order and ending December 31, 2011.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Karen Adam is appointed as Associate Dean of the Judicial College of Arizona for a term beginning upon entry of this Order and ending December 31, 2011.
