Administrative Order No. 2004-36, provides that the tribal members of the State, Tribal, and Federal Court Forum shall include at least eight chief judges or justices or their designees and any additional chief judges or their designees who express interest in Forum membership. The Order further provides that the Forum include five trial court judges of general and limited jurisdiction courts. The Honorable Donna Grimsley was reappointed on September 23, 2010, by Administrative Order No. 2010-100 with a term expiration of June 30, 2013. Judge Grimsley has agreed to serve as Chair. Therefore, after due consideration,

IT IS ORDERED that the individuals listed below be appointed to the State, Tribal, and Federal Court Forum for term beginning upon signature of this Order and ending June 30, 2013.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Honorable Donna Grimsley is appointed to serve as Chair of the State, Tribal and Federal Court Forum while she is a member or until otherwise ordered.
