Pursuant to Article VI, § 11 of the Arizona Constitution, the Arizona Supreme Court appoints the presiding judge of the Superior Court in each county. The Court is advised that the term of the Honorable Michala May Ruechel as Presiding Judge of the Superior Court in Navajo County expires on December 31, 2011. After due consideration,
IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Michala May Ruechel is reappointed as Presiding Judge of the Superior Court in Navajo County effective January 1, 2012. Judge Ruechel shall serve at the pleasure of the Supreme Court through December 31, 2014.
