In accordance with Arizona Code of Judicial Administration, § 6-114, the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing members to the Committee on Probation. Therefore, after due consideration,

IT IS ORDERED that John Dyess is appointed, by virtue of his position as Chief Probation Officer in La Paz County, to the Committee on Probation for a term effective upon signature of this Order until he no longer holds this position.
