Administrative Order No. 2008-23, filed February 28, 2008, adopts a number of amendments to § 5-204 of the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration governing administration of victim’s rights. The Commission on Victims in the Courts has alerted the Court to a conflict between the adopted amendment to § 5-204(K)(4) and Rule 103(B) of the Rules of Procedure in Juvenile Court.
Now, therefore, pursuant to Article VI, Section 3, of the Arizona Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that the February 28, 2008 amendment to § 5-204(K)(4), Arizona Code of Judicial Administration, is suspended. All other provisions of § 5-204 as revised by Administrative Order No. 2008-23 remain unchanged and in effect.
